When you come to your 1st hypnotherapy session, we’ll do full assessment of your current situation, establish goals for motivation and physical image, and define what needs to be done to succeed. We break it down in smaller, more fun and more realistic goals 😉 By saying “realistic” I mean…I know you wanna lose 100 pounds in one week, but we are going to have to take it a little slower then that, just a little only because I don’t have a chopper or magic wound to make it melt away in that short of a time. OK, I’m joking here, but seriously, having a measurable and realistic goal is extremely important, and sometimes it’s very hard to set when you are full of frustration, alone and ready to give up. But don’t! I promise you, it’s not as scary as you think! It’s actually fun, when you are in good hands, and that is why I’m going to do lot’s of cognitive “digging” with you to find that trigger that makes you go “OMG, I CAN DO THIS EASILY!” Whether it’s a beautiful body or a piece of chocolate. Whatever it is, we’ll dig it out and create that balance within first.
Next step is coaching and hypnotherapy. This is when we are gonna go after your Unconscious part of the Mind and change that “negative” for “positive” for good, and that will boost your motivation, give you energy and keep you going.
3rd step is physical training. After a week of re-programming of you “mental hard drive” you will become so energetic and motivated that fitness will become your source for getting that energy out and this is how your body is going to literally fall in love with physical activity!
